Foam forming admixture concentrate for producing cellular lightweight concrete

FIELDS OF APPLICATION

PANTAPOR® CLC is a high concentrated foam forming admixture for generating ready-to-use foam for the production of cellular lightweight concrete with a bulk density between 0.4 and 2.0 kg/dm³.

The cellular lightweight concrete produced with PANTAPOR® CLC can be used as thermal insulation, for improving fire ratings, for the construction of noise barriers, as damp course, regulating course as well as for filling in ducts, pipes, voids and shafts.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

The produced foam ensures a soft and steady consistency of cellular lightweight concrete which allows an increased workability and minimises bleeding and segregation tendencies.

DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY

PANTAPOR® CLC needs to be dosed via the foaming appliance “SCHAUM-GENERATOR FA”.
