Primer for PROTECT UV-Coating System
FIELDS OF APPLICATION
PROTECT UV-Primer is the specially designed basic primer for upgrading manufactured concrete products with PROTECT UV-Top Coat.
Since PROTECT UV-Primer minimizes concrete’s absorbency and levels unevenness and small imperfections on its surface, the product allows generating a very evenly top coat film which advances the protection abilities of concrete.
Using PROTECT UV-Primer contributes to a homogeneous application of the later applied top coat and reduces its application quantity.
PROTECT UV-Primer is a quick-drying product and allows a rapid further processing. In the manufactured concrete industry this quality can contribute to an efficient production process.
PROTECT UV-Primer is applied either on the dry or the wet site of production.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
In order to create a powerful protection system, PROTECT UV-Primer reacts with the later applied top coat (PROTECT UV-Top Coat) to provide durable performance.
The PROTECT UV-Coating System shows high level of adhesive tensile strength.
DOSAGE | APPLICATION QUANTITY
Depending on the surface structure and its absorbing abilities the necessary amount might vary between 40 – 120 g/m².
